Carnival is one of the biggest holidays celebrated in Bolivia. Oruro’s Carnival is in the top 5 list of best Carnivals around the world! It’s a big deal for Bolivian people. It’s a complete week in which the only worry is to party hard, especially for teenagers. Which is why not getting sick for this is highly important. For this you need to start taking care of yourself as of today. Don’t expose your body to drastic weather changes. When you get out of the gym, put a jacket on. If you are going out and take a shower first, dry your hair and put a jacket when going out. Do what you have to do in order to keep your body in the same temperature.
