Matisse: Good morning, Mrs. Ormachea. It is a wonderful morning, isn’t it?
Mrs. Ormachea: Yes absolutely, I agree.
Matisse: What do you love most about mornings?
Mrs. Ormachea: I love waking up rested, opening my window and looking at the sky. I feel grateful every morning, for having a beautiful sky to look at.
Matisse: I also love mornings. The fresh air, coffee, birds singing, everything is perfect. But do you know what I love more than mornings?
Mrs. Ormachea: What?
Matisse: I love when I get to know people deep down. I love to know little things about them, it is all in the details. Would you mind if I ask some exotic questions so the ACS community can get to know you better?
Mrs. Ormachea: I’d love to.
Matisse: What is your favorite time of the day?
Mrs. Ormachea: Oh, I have many. Morning is one, I like the mornings here at school when people are fresh and eager to get engaged in to their school and art activities, I love it more than afternoons.
Matisse: What is your spirit animal and why?
Mrs. Ormachea: My spirit animal… a wolf. They lead a pack, they protect their own and have a family; I am a family person.
Matisse: We finish this interview, you step outside your classroom door and find $10 million. What would you do?
Mrs. Ormachea: I would first travel with my family. Then, I would make sure I would save enough money to keep me safe for the rest of my days. I would really be careful on who I would give part of these $10 million to .Probably some for my kids and some for people in need. But I would be really careful, I would study who really needs this money and how it is actually administered. There is no way I could spend $10 million in my lifetime.
Matisse: What’s your favorite song?
Mrs. Ormachea: “Viva la vida” by Coldplay, and “Safe and Sound” by Capital Cities.
Matisse: What would your last meal be, if you were next on a serial killers list?
Mrs. Ormachea: Pancakes.
Matisse: Where would you go in a time machine?
Mrs. Ormachea: I would go to the 1800s and meet the impressionists.
Matisse: What is the most beautiful place you have ever been to?
Mrs. Ormachea: Venice, Italy.
Matisse: Do you have any secret talents?
Mrs. Ormachea: I am a very good sculptor, and I do not sing in public, but I can sing. I also have the ability to make people feel good, like my parents.
Matisse: Now it is time for….Blast from the past!
Mrs. Ormachea: Great!
Matisse: How would you describe yourself in high school?
Mrs. Ormachea: Extremely shy.
Matisse: Were you a good student?
Mrs. Ormachea: Yes, I was.
Matisse: Tell me something embarrassing about your teenage years.
Mrs. Ormachea: Oh, there is plenty…I was terrible at sports.
Matisse: What fashion trend did you love when you where a teenager?
Mrs. Ormachea: The farafosit hair dues.
Matisse: Last but not least. Could you share any pictures with me when you were a teenager?
Matisse: What a wonderful interview. Thank you.
Mrs. Ormachea: I am glad you enjoyed it.
