Has it ever happened to you before that even after preparing for a long time, you forget something in a time of importance? This is due to stress, and it is very possible that you do not know how to relax a little. If it’s a big test like an AP exam, there is a high possibility that once you arrive to take the test, for a good period of time, you forget everything and can’t process any information.
I know that the AP tests are coming and that seems to be what everyone is stressing about. However, on the day of the exam, know to chill and know how to be able to make choices. If not, it’s possible that even after studying for hours on end, you will forget everything in the minute of importance.
So how do you relax at such a time? Know that you have already studied and that no matter what you do at that precise moment, the outcome is most likely decided already, unless you stress in which case it will be worse. Another great tip is to study only until 9 pm the day before the exam and to go to sleep to soak all of the information in and for your brain to be 100% ready for the challenge ahead.
It’s all about mindset. Once you wake up in the morning, taking a run, watching Netflix, and maybe even playing some video games will help relax before such an event. Have fun before a challenge. It’s ironic, but know that it is one of the best tips I can give you.
