Why is Call of Duty Warzone dying?

Fans of the game don’t need an explanation for what the game is, but for all those who have no idea that Call of Duty Warzone is even a game: here is an introduction. Call of Duty Warzone is a battle royale game. A battle royale is a game mode where a fixed number of players connect to a match and fight until one player is alive. In this game modality, players can play solos, duos, trios, or quads, so if you want to play with friends, you can do it. Warzone is mixed of reality with fictional characteristics. The game has real guns, vehicles, buildings, basically modern warfare technology. It doesn’t include futuristic concepts. The fictional part of the game is the movement because you can slide, which is impossible in reality. At least, in a war, that is basically suicide. Moreover, the number of bullets to kill somebody is unrealistic. Warzone was a boom when it was first released because it is free and the number of modes available to play. It is an addictive game; however, the mistakes of the game’s company are ruining the game.
I was super fun with Warzone; I defended the game from critics for a long time. Recently, I realized that the game is actually destined to disappear if things continue like this. First, the game is full of hackers. It is literally impossible to enjoy the game anymore. Hackers have all sorts of aids and insane advantages. They can see through walls, shoot through them, bots that aim their sight to players’ heads, infinite shield, among other crazy hacks. If you are not a hacker, forget the idea and illusion of even winning a match. The thing that is supposed to protect the game from hackers is broken. They can easily skip it. If they are banned, they can create another account and continue playing. Plus, Activision Blizzard hasn’t said a word introducing an anti-cheat to the game, even when the whole Warzone community is asking for it. Activision is a company that makes millions of dollars, yet they ignore their public and refuse to protect its community by spending some money fixing the game.
The second problem with Warzone is that it is becoming tiresome. The map hasn’t changed in a long time, and the game modes are not updated. In general, the game is “deteriorating.” It used to be updated with new content often, but now the game is updated rarely with boring content. People are getting tired of the same things over and over again. We want new content: game modes, characters, weapon models, skins, etc. If Activision continues ignoring what the community wants, the game will likely be forgotten in some time. Once again destroying the love Call of Duty fans have for the game.
